The role of Care Navigator (Receptionist) is to navigate patients to the correct means of help whether that is within the practice or to an external provision.
We have various hours available our shifts are a combination of:
8.00am to 12.30pm, 8.30am to 1.00pm, 2.00pm to 5.30pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm.
We would be happy to discuss both part time and full time hours.
Main duties of the job
To ensure that patient requests, by telephone or in person, for appointments, prescriptions, and general enquiries are handled with care and discretion in a professional and business-like manner.
