We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Receptionist at our one of our clients based in Kings Cross London. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will play an integral role in representing our clients’ business. Our client is a dynamic high-tech social media company that provides the highest level of customer care and personal service to all stakeholders.

As a receptionist you will provide the first point of contact and will be responsible for delivering the highest standards and customer experience in a flagship office. This role will also include administrative and clerical support to the customer and Wilson James team.

Alongside meeting and greeting visitors you will deal with queries from the public, managing visitor and vendor signing in processes, process mail, provide access control badges and manage the lost and found process. You will also provide admin and clerical support as and when required therefore you need to be an adaptable individual who is always willing to help

You will need to have excellent people skills as you will be required to interact daily. You will need to be engaging, with a positive attitude going above and beyond to always ensure an outstanding quality service. You will also need to be an organised individual with a strong eye for detail.
