Join our Property Services team as a Surveyor

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Surveyor in Camden.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and resolving property related risks, disrepair cases and complex maintenance cases using a variety of contractor-based procurement models.
• Putting controls in place, and ensuring those controls are maintained.
• Carrying out detailed surveys and drawing up specifications of work for One Housing residential and commercial assets.

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and is friendly and positive. The successful candidate will have:

• A full driving licence as the role is mobile and flexible.
• A building topic based degree or other property focussed industry recognised qualification.
• Organisational skills, be flexible and able to take ownership.
• Experience of working with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Strong Customer Service focus and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of putting your Customer at the heart of everything you do.
