The primary role of the Administrative Assistance function is to provide all administrative support to the Customer Insights team. The Customer Insights team is responsible for conducting market research to inform marketing and product management business decisions. The administrative assistant role will support the general administrative tasks related to managing all Customer Insight activities, projects, and market research programs.

Job Description

The primary role of the Administrative Assistance function is to provide all administrative support to the Customer Insights team, specifically market research administrative tasks. Key deliverables include scheduling internal and external customer meetings, recruiting participants for market research via email communication, and documenting related documents and reports to meet compliance policies.

Other responsibilities will include supporting customer insight program administrative tasks such as processing purchase order requests for research projects, handling accounts payable check requests for Honoria and fair market value compensation of research participants, and requesting third-party agreements from vendors.

· The primary objective of the Administrative Assistant role within the Customer Insights team is to provide specialized administrative support to relieve employees and people managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties.

· Support roles consist of work in a:

(1) clerical, administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or remote setting

(2) specialized technical tasks or skilled work following compliance documentation protocols

· Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.

· Schedule internal calendaring meetings between global teams for research briefings, as well as scheduling external customer virtual/telephone discussions

· Review the accuracy of compliance documentation, e-filing of research reports to meet compliance requirements

· Interact internally to exchange information, as well as externally with customer participants

· Submit purchase order requests for research projects, handles accounts payable check requests for Honoria and fair market value compensation of research participants

· Submit third party agreement requests to vendors as needed

· Update team’s Standard Operation Processes (SOP) documented, ensuring slide decks and tools are readily available to share with internal teams/stakeholders.

· Complete work while following company standards and protocols closely.

· Set up procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

· Provide complete attention to every detail.

Required:

· Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience.

· Has broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations.

· Detailed oriented and attention.

· Will generally only require instructions on new assignments or tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
