Job Description:

ZINA Flight Support LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aircraft Dispatcher to join our team. The Aircraft Dispatcher will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of flight operations to ensure the safe and efficient dispatch of aircraft.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file flight plans in accordance with regulations and company procedures.

2. Monitor weather conditions and assess their impact on flight operations.

3. Coordinate with pilots, crew members, and ground personnel to ensure smooth flight operations.

4. Communicate with air traffic control to obtain necessary clearances and updates.

5. Maintain accurate records of flight activities and communicate any changes or issues to relevant parties.

6. Monitor aircraft performance and fuel requirements.

7. Assist with scheduling and coordinating aircraft maintenance as needed.

8. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Requirements:

1. FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate.

2. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.

3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in using flight planning software and other relevant tools.
