We have a great opportunity for an Analyst, Nephrology Care Alliance (“NCA”). The ideal candidate will join a new business within DaVita focused on transforming Chronic Kidney Disease (“CKD”) care and positioning DaVita and its physician partners to succeed in integrated CKD and ESRD care.

  • Provide support for clinical programs, analytical tools, patient education content and other tools and services needed to enable physicians to succeed in value-based programs.
  • Develop repeatable best practices in the monitoring, reporting, packaging, and communicating necessary to implement our best practices throughout the Village and with physician partners.
  • Drive analysis of assigned projects and initiatives, including developing work plans.
  • Manages, validates, and maintains underlying data/data logic/documentation to support program metrics and program account information.
  • Identifies any issues with data quality and/or data entry and collaborates across subject manner experts to address.
  • Synthesizes program data and generates insights to support senior leadership understanding.

This individual will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with healthcare, consulting and banking experience, and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and engage with senior executives. The successful candidate will therefore possess the following: analytical horsepower, clear and efficient communication, strong business acumen, the ability to work with a cross-functional team, and solid organization and project management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the healthcare or operational/business setting demonstrating strong analytical skills; related analytical and/or consulting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Self-Directed and highly organized with great process / detail orientation
  • Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, developing implementation plans
  • High energy and ability to work in a very fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Desire to be part of a fun, yet hard-working team
  • Travel required: Up to 10%

Salary/ Wage Range

$51,400.00 to $75,500.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
