We are seeking a confident candidate for our Entry-level Management opening. Obligations include overseeing and coordinating team activities and client success while enhancing customer shopping experience.

Basic Duties..

1. Greet and assist shoppers

2. Influence sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling

3. Process new accounts

4. Handle customer info with great sensitivity

5. Track orders and update customers as needed

6. Train and evaluate Team Members

7. Additional duties as needed

General Experience/Abilities:

  • Some college coursework completed and/or pending, is a plus
  • Skills to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Uplifting and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional communication– oral and written
  • Previous history in customer service, sales or other related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,125.99 – $1,499.75 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
