Description

The Executive Assistant provides daily or weekly administrative support to RH’s two founders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendar for founders – resolve schedule conflicts, prioritize meetings and appointments, communicate requests or changes to the appropriate individuals
• Oversee the scheduling of all meetings and conference calls (phone and video), ensuring all meeting details are set, including meeting invites
• Create weekly reports
• Send out influencer packages and maintain relationships as needed
• Contribute to social + editorial pages
• Manage sample closet and preparation for fittings
• Additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Fashion industry experience is helpful
• Solid experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of social platforms – Pinterest, IG, TikTok, FB
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining composure and meeting deadlines
• Superior judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Middleburg, VA 20117: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
