B2B Cannabis Wholesale Position

Leading cannabis distillate producer seeking experience full time Sales Associate.

Ideal candidate for the position is at least 21 years of age (per state law), a Self-starter, highly motivated and outgoing. Candidate must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Social Media Marketing Experience a plus.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission, medical and dental insurance after 90 days.

Requirements: 21 years old +, Resident with a current Drivers License and OLCC workers permit. Must provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities: Sales, manage accounts. Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility and service. Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and sales. Effectively manage account list, ensuring all administration records and information is up to date.

  • Volume
  • Price accuracy and communication
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships that are favorable in supporting the annual operating plan
  • Communicate and work cohesively with 3rd party brokers and distributors to drive distribution
  • Maintain and accurately track sales – identify factors that contribute to negative/positive sales variance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
