Llama Inn is a Modern Peruvian Restaurant located in Williamsburg Brooklyn. We combine traditional Peruvian flavors and techniques and reinvigorate the style within our New York environment. Responsibilities
- Run food from the kitchen and stock plates for chefs
- Support table service by marking with silver, pouring water, and resetting tables
- Maintain a current and complete menu knowledge and know your 3-line drop for every dish.
- Make sure all stations are full and ready for service and fully operational during service.
- Memorizing table numbers and seat positions, setting food down accordingly.
- Completing assigned side work before and after service.
- Work as a team, helping others as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate food descriptions to guest
- entry level service knowledge, and how to provide a positive guest experience
- Detail-oriented & able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
