Full Job Description

We are currently looking for Bobaristas who will be responsible for the following:

Must be able to multitask, be self motivated, outgoing and friendly

Spreading the boba love to customers with excellent customer service.

Craft high quality premium drinks and foods and assist customers with orders and purchases.

Providing quick, efficient service in order to fulfill all orders

Ensuring proper knowledge in order to safely operate equipment/tools

Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area

Following verbal and written instructions in order to maintain product quality and consistency

Knowing and complying consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures

Assisting other team members whenever possible

Must take pride in their appearance, have a positive personality and have excellent customer service skills

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate clearly with managers and other team members

Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours (excluding meals and breaks)
