RNMG is a multi marketing institution expanding our team.

We are currently recruiting Field Representatives for the Sacramento, Stockton and Bay Area to provide Free Covid Test to the public.

As a Rep. you will be in constant contact with the public. This will require individuals that are self-sufficient, responsible and organized. It will be your duty to ensure that all customers’ needs are met; all questions being answered, properly taken mouth swab and that their lab samples are submitted in a timely fashion. Additionally, the field representative will provide ongoing support to customers once business is obtained.

Requirements:

• Quality Mobile Data Device to work off of (cell phone or tablet)
• Reliable Transportation to carry products and equipment.
• If you do not have a vehicle ask about our “HED Program”

Qualification:

• No Experience Necessary
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently within a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication, strong ability to negotiate with be persuasive closing skills
• A desire to “hunt” and bring in new business
• Ability to create customer loyalty
• Exceptional communication and strong customer service ability

Responsibilities:

• Sign up qualifying candidates
• Keeping Track of Orders and Maintaining Inventory
• Willingness to foot traffic, go door to door and be outdoors most of the day
• Maintain schedule for set appointments
