The Who, What, Where, When & Why

We are looking for someone who is seeking an opportunity that can lead to a customer success career at a high-growth startup. You’ll be working with our lovely customer success team helping them provide the highest quality customer experience.

You’ll gain exposure to all areas of the customer journey from initial contact through to renewals and we will teach you the skills and knowledge you’ll need to support customers through this journey.

You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of using your initiative and creativity to achieve goals. You will have great interpersonal skills as well as a strong bias towards excellent client service. You will be analytical and have great organizational skills to boot. You will also have an appreciation for technology and a desire to fix equipment when it is in need of repair.

You don’t need any direct experience to be successful in this role (though an interest in using technology for good and/or healthcare would be a plus)- we’re looking for a self-starter, who likes variety, enjoys meeting and connecting with people, embraces technology and the impact it can have and has a strong drive to succeed – we’ll take care of the rest and train you in everything you need to know.

Because of you, OMS will deliver more training, more quickly, and at a higher quality to those that need it, both on the front lines of healthcare and in healthcare education.

Ready to take the next step?

Who you are:

  • You are a self-starter you like to manage your own time and workload

  • You are pragmatic and practical

  • You are cool under pressure and prefer to have several plates spinning at any one time

  • You are a curious mind – you love figuring out how things work and if they are broken, what to do to fix them

  • You have absolute attention to detail

  • You are solutions driven- you love it when a problem is solved

  • You are process driven, systematic and organized- to-do lists are your friends

  • You are a fantastic communicator – able to build relationships with a broad range of people (clinicians, educators, developers, students to name but a few)

  • You are personable and empathetic – you’d enjoy connecting with team members and customers and helping them solve their problems

  • You are a team player – you may have a job title but you’re always willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever help is needed

  • You love new technology and aren’t afraid to learn how it works and even how to fix it

What you will be doing:

  • You’ll be taking part in a wide variety of activities that all contribute towards a good customer experience

  • You’ll help our clients with implementing our products in their institution (university, hospital etc) and provide on-going technical support for educators and students

  • You’ll help develop our support and success training library, writing materials or videos- you might run webinars or provide on site training

  • You’ll learn how to create and analyze usage reports for our customers so that we can help them get the most out of our products

  • You’ll confidently run our support desk helping clients with technical issues

  • You’ll problem solve on issues as they arise

  • You’ll be working with our sales team- supporting them in generating fresh leads and opportunities and, conducting initial outreach

  • As you grow in proficiency and as we as a business grow there will be opportunity to specialize and evolve the role
