Position Summary and Purpose:

Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role within our company and are often times the first point of contact for all customers. This position requires strong organizational skills coupled with proficient communication both in email and on the phone.

• Flexible schedule, but typically 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday
• Takes customer orders by phone, email, or fax
• Answer multi-line phone system
• Identify product code and convert to Moeller nomenclature
• Enter order/quote into operating system
• Quote standard Moeller components
• Prep special product line items for the Estimating Department
• Other office admin tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Great math, communication, and computer skills
• Must be able to work with a team
• Must be detail oriented
• High School Diploma or GED
