Full Job Description

If you’re a fast-learner, great with conditional logic, and are a natural at learning new software, we are training people to work with us!

This work is particularly suited for people who have studied business information systems, database management, or have a head for thinking through the domino effect of computer logic.

NOTE: you do NOT need to know how to write any code or do any SQL queries. You would be learning to use a no-code platform.

We are a fully distributed (remote) company in North America.

Compensation is based on experience with opportunities to advance as your implementation skills improve. For example, if you’re an experienced project manager and are willing to learn something new — let’s talk.

The bar is high when it comes to doing the work, but the main thing we’re looking for is a willingness to teach yourself, fail and learn from it, then keep going until you solve the problem at hand.

Candidates first need to take two logic tests. One is 15 minutes and the other is 90 minutes long. If you score over 70% (or close) on both, then that’s a strong indication you will do well with training.

If you pass both tests (or come close), we will set up an interview to discuss next steps to make sure we’re a good fit. At that time, we will also discuss compensation so you’ll have all the info you need to decide if this is right for you before you begin training.

Excellent communication skills, organization skills, self-motivation, willingness to learn, computer fluency are needed to complete the training.
