As a Lot and Detail Manager with Walser Toyota, your goal is to make sure all our inventory is ready for customers coming to the dealership! This is an active role with our team where your focus in on maintaining the appearance of the lot and all the vehicles on it – But also motivating and leading our Lot Technicians in their day-to-day, as well.

You’ll Make an Impact by:

• Managing team of detailers
• Supervising all inventory control for Walser Toyota
• Maintaining appearance of dealership lot and inventory
• Performing administrative duties that relate to inventory upkeep: including maintaining detail supplies, scanning invoices, processing trade paperwork, and inspecting all new vehicles that come on transport truck for damage
• Training and managing staff and ensure adherence to all company policies
• Motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all department staff
• Coordinating with HR and Recruiting Department with regards to staffing needs
