OUR INDUSTRY LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $19 to $22.50 an hour in the lead position. Paid $17 during training. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude.*
• Tips: average $1000 to $1500+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
• Total Hourly Pay for Leads: $24 to $30.50+ an hour
• W2 Full employee benefits (not 1099) with Workers Compensation to protect you if you get hurt
• On Call Pay bonus of $5 an hour whenever you are called in to work last minute
• Maternity/Paternity and Bereavement pay
• 401K matching of 4%
• Health Insurance including Vision and Dental
• Unlimited Vacation

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• In order to be insured as
  a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older and have at least two years driving experience
• Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people
• Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
• Must have own reliable means of transportation. Like a car, not a bike or a bus pass.
• College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but definitely not required.
