We found that most traditional insurance & claims platforms don’t meet the needs of our shared economy customers and that by tightly integrating trust & safety, insurance and claims we can provide a better experience and better leverage the data to reduce losses.
As we scale we are now seeking our first dedicated Product Manager to own insurance & claims at DigiSure. You’ll be responsible for working with our insurance program lead, claims adjusters, customers and engineers to design and implement a system that is tailored to the needs of the shared economy, uses the latest data science and tools for automation, and ultimately delivers the best experience possible for our operating team, our customers, and their customers.

What you’ll do:
- Understand our insurance programs, meet with our customers, define the roadmap and lead execution for our insurance & claims platform
- Work with our operations/finance and engineering teams to implement and optimize our insurance management platform
- Work closely with claims adjusters to design, implement and optimize our claims handling processes
- Set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals, measure performance and drive improvements in insurance & claims handling metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years delivering SaaS products within an agile environment
- Confident communication skills, ability to write clear, concise documents
- A background that combines business and technical experience
- An ability to dig into metrics and develop reasoned, data-driven proposals
Bonus points if:
- You have previous experience with insurance or claims platforms
- You have knowledge of SQL or other big-data technologies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $97,000.00 – $112,000.00 per year
