Project Manager – Restaurant Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of restaurant projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of restaurant construction projects, including budget, timeline, and quality control.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure that project goals are met.
• Prepare and submit project bids, negotiate contracts with subcontractors, and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that project plans are accurate and feasible.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in restaurant, retail, or big box retail construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Experience with bid preparation and contract negotiation.
