Full Job Description

A new company concerned with the social welfare of the vulnerable and minority groups in Africa is seeking to create a database of all its employees and clients by storing their data for operational uses. Data is in form of PDF files, emails, short messages and audio files. AM Logistics expects the data entry clerks to tabulate this data into Excel sheets and keep updating daily records as provided by field officers.

This data includes financial details and private information. The company therefore expects the workers to uphold privacy requirements and rules and avoid leaking the information to third parties, whatsoever.

Workers are required to have stable power and data connections, as well as be conversant with emails, Excel, Access, Word and Powerpoint. The jobs are of different categories and the workers might be expected to work in groups. Any ready group of at most 5 people that have done a similar task before will be considered.
