We are hiring a Senior Escrow Assistant for our Truckee, CA office. This role will provide support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. May provide general support for a team, or partner with an escrow officer. Primarily focused on residential transactions.

Will consider a remote employee for this position.

Essential Functions

  • Performs wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices. Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.
  • Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homes
  • Creates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflow
  • Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues
  • Communicates information to responsible parties
  • May train / provide guidance to less experienced team members
  • May assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service

Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Typical Range Of Experience

  • 4+ years experience directly related experience
  • Proficiency in more complicated residential transactions
