Title: Shelter Staff (Mid Shift) Downtown
Salary: $20.60/hr + $2/hr Temp. Additional Pay
Shift: Wed., Thur., Fri. and alteranting Sat. (6:00pm-3:30am)
Reports To: Program Manager, Team Lead Supervisor

SUMMARY: Shelter staff will engage with, check in on, and manage a case load of vulnerable individuals in response to the COVID-19 virus with the goal to help them attain housing.
With that in mind, staff should understand that they will possibly come into contact with individuals who have COVID-19.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend supervision, staff supervisions, staff meetings & any appropriate community professional meetings.

Assist the assigned caseload in finding sustainable housing.

Participate in compliance, quality assurance and quality improvement activities as directed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Adhere to all state and federal privacy and security regulations applicable to the program, and to Do Good Multnomah’s policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security.

Employee and participant advocacy.

Source and retain community partnerships

Develop innovative programming.

Assist in management of food box program.
