The category creator of male below-the-waist grooming and hygiene, MANSCAPED designs and distributes premium tools, formulations, and accessories that offer an elevated grooming routine. MANSCAPED operates as a truly global omni-channel company. The direct-to-consumer brand offers shopping experiences at manscaped.com, on select international Amazon marketplaces, and in-store at retail giants like Target and Best Buy. MANSCAPED ships to more than 30 countries worldwide, spanning the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, and Switzerland, with additional expansion on the horizon.

Who We’re Looking For – We are in search of a Social Media Associate that is hard-working, technically savvy, creative and analytical to join our growing social media team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an effective content creator and on-screen personality for the organic social media team by concepting, creating and/or shooting content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, Instagram Stories, Twitch or other relevant platforms
• Keeps a pulse on internet culture and trends to produce engaging meme content for channels like Twitter and Instagram
• Assists Social Media Manager in moderating and engaging MANSCAPED’s active customer Facebook group
• Proactive social media engagement on viral Instagram, TikTok and Twitter content to generate brand reach with a deep understanding of the MANSCAPED brand voice
• Assist social media team with daily content scheduling and publishing across all channels
• Supplement community management efforts on key channels like YouTube and resolve customer inquiries across all channels during peak volume
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of social media experience, specifically in content creation for channels like TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and/or Twitch
• Well versed in Internet culture, social media trends and pop culture
• Excellent grammar and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail to ensure all planned posts go live as scheduled across correct channels
• Knowledgeable with sports and gaming culture a big plus

Compensation:

• $24 – $26/hr
