Linkwell Health, the premier consumer experience company serving health plans and health services organizations, is seeking a talented, passionate, ambitious social media director to join its fast-growing editorial team. In this role, you’ll oversee and/or manage Linkwell’s organic and paid social media activities for the world’s largest healthcare organizations.

In this position, your primary responsibilities include the following:

• Advise Linkwell clients on organic and paid strategies for each platform
• Partner with the Linkwell editorial team to come up with creative ideas that bring the content to life in unique ways for each client
• Write multiple organic and paid posts for every piece of content that Linkwell produces
• Build and schedule organic posts for multiple clients across multiple platforms
• Build and publish paid social posts and monitor performance daily to ensure they’re meeting or exceeding each client’s KPIs
• Bring a relentless stream of new, creative ideas to work every day that build each client’s brand and help them achieve their goals

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of full-time experience as a social media editor for a brand or agency
• Experience working with multiple brands, across multiple platforms, at once
• A proven track record of creating organic posts that surprise, inspire, and delight
• Deep experience managing paid social media, especially Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to translate social media metrics, react to them in real time, and report back to clients about performance and opportunities in an clear, compelling way

This person will also possess:

• Outstanding writing ability, including impeccable spelling and grammar
• Superb attention to detail, especially when it comes to published copy
• Commitment to continuous improvement
• A desire to channel their editorial talents into a job that directly improves the lives of millions of people every year
• An eagerness to work with and learn from a world-class editorial team, most with major magazine experience
