What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic distribution partners, representing us and building trust through your deep technical expertise of their platforms and their customers needs
- Provide ongoing technical support for new & existing partners on a broad range of our features, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations with both external and internal teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and escalate technical issues that occur across our products and external partner systems
- Monitor and ensure overall performance and technical compliance of partnerships, ensuring timely response and resolution to technical and product outstanding items
- Partner with Engineering, QA and Product Management to guide technical plans and platform development, advocating for partner, business and listener needs and highlighting issues, trends and opportunities for enhancements
- Create and maintain partner-facing onboarding documentation, toolkits and analytics that improve time to market, partner success and operational robustness
- Look around corners to reduce risk and to spot openings for API or platform innovation and distribution process improvements
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years technical account management experience in consumer technology companies, linking product integration to customer engagement results
- A track record of building great technical partner relationships that support high impact product integrations in a fast-paced, dynamic software company
- Demonstrated delivery of complex, often quite technical, connected device or service partner integrations from qualification or evaluation through launch and monitoring
- Artful successes in managing external stakeholders around both companies technical, time and resource bottlenecks
- Fluency addressing a partners product, technical and business needs while maintaining deep customer empathy for our mutual customers experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
