Full Job Description

GuardianVets is innovating within the veterinary industry by allowing veterinary practices to offer around-the-clock care for their clients.

We do this by integrating with the practice and offering after-hours triage. If the issue is non-emergent we will help the client schedule an appointment with their practice the next business day.

Our service helps veterinary practices increase revenue through new appointments, lower staff costs, optimize appointment demand, as well as increase client retention.

We are quickly growing and seeking customer service representatives to help us answer calls evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you are a cheerful, team-oriented person with computer skills, we want to meet you!

This remote position will be responsible primarily for collecting client and patient information but will also work alongside our other DVMs and nurses, ensuring we meet corporate quality and service standards and helping us enhance our customer service protocols that are incorporated in our decision support software.

This is a terrific opportunity for customer service reps that are looking to gain experience with a quickly growing startup and to supplement their income.

Please note: you must be able to supply your own computer, internet access, and headset, which is the necessary equipment for the job.

**Please note**

  • Overnight availability strongly preferred
  • Internet speed of 100mpbs- nothing slower
  • Computer 4 yrs old or newer
  • 5 years of customer service experience required
  • Veterinary practice experience REQUIRED
  • Phone triage experience is a definite plus!
  • Ability to troubleshoot and navigate your own internet and computer issues.
  • Minimum of 8 hours a week with a max of 30 hours a week.
  • Weekend availability is required. Rotating weekends will not be considered.
