It is through the time and care of ordinary people that we can do extraordinary things. Purpose Statement This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Biomedical Services (BIO) team. This is a remote (volunteer-from-home opportunity). This leadership position supports a team of NST-VVIC members and manages the volunteer helpline. Will serve as the BEBV scheduling subject matter expert for BVWE field teams.
Responsibilities
- Submit unscheduled volunteer hours
- Communicate regularly through phone calls, text messages, and emails with volunteers and leadership
- Perform data entry in Volunteer Connection
- Manage regional shift tools
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to Donor Ambassadors
- Submit departmental specific forms at the end of every shift
Qualifications
- Experience in the role of NST (Preferred)
- Maintain NST Duties
- Dedicated Hotline Assignment
Length of Appointment 12 months (renewable)
