Warehouse associates receive inbound products, replenish, pick, select and palletize products, shrink wrap and load trailers utilizing powered equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts in a multi-temperature foodservice warehouse environment.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED AT OUR FACILITY IN MANASSAS, VA.

Start Earning Incentive pay at 8 weeks!

Pay Scale Overview :

  • Start at $18.60 per hour
  • Pay increase :
  • 9 months – $22.40 / hr
  • Cap at $26.65 / hr
  • 8-10 hour shifts
  • Incentive Pay after 8 weeks ($0.48 cents per minute – production / performance based)

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

  • Safely build pallets, cart or cages of product for loading and delivery to our customer.
  • Select product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Safely maneuver motorized material handling equipment.
  • Perform basic sanitation duties to ensure a clean environment.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Foodservice distribution experience a plus
  • 6 months Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) preferred

Warehouse Position Qualifications :

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Electric pallet jack / forklift experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in cold conditions
  • Willing and able to work ANY shift as we are a 24 / 7 operation. You will place where needed.
  • Comfortable working weekends and holidays (Must have open availability)
  • Must pass post-offer background and drug test
