AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better.

Key Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree from a recognized institution.
• Fully or partly completed professional qualification in credit management/SLIM/CIM would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in banking or finance industry.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Executing promotional campaigns as per promotional plan in order to buildup brand awareness.
• Achieving the budget profitability of the branch on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that the branch adheres to the regulations and compliance.
• Executing growth strategies.
• Delivering highest level of customer service in order to satisfy the customers.
