We are an international multilingual recruitment startup company, and we are looking for competent Freelance Recruiters to assist us in finding the best talent for our clients worldwide.

We deal with candidates and companies from all over the world. We have realistic goals and focus on quality work, not quantity.

This is a proactive position for people who are driven, motivated and enjoy working remotely in international recruitment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Creating job postings and spread them on social media and job boards

• Proactively source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn and other CV databases

• Call and email candidates and screen them for positions with our clients

• Manage the recruitment processes in our ATS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication in English – both written and spoken

• Confident dealing on the phone with American candidates

• Background in Recruitment, HR, Sales or Project management (1 Year minimum)

• Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through resume databases, LinkedIn and social media

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• You have a hunter profile that gets motivated by results and efficiency
