Responsibilities

The FastTrack team is looking for an individual with a technical background that will enjoy guiding customers on their journey to the cloud through the use of Microsoft 365 services.

Desired Skills For This Role

Understanding about the following topics:

• Azure AD Connect deployment
• Network requirements and configurations for Microsoft 365 deployments
• Deployment of Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard
• Mail and data migrations using the Microsoft Migration Hub
• Deployment of Microsoft 365 Apps
• Security and Compliance topics like document labeling, DLP, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint etc.
• Understanding of Endpoint Management (SCCM and Intune)
• Experience managing customer relationships
• Microsoft Teams collaboration, calling, and application deployment
• Solid understating of Intune management for mobile and Windows
• Research topics and questions and respond to customers daily devices
• Document customer interactions in Microsoft tools

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of Microsoft 365 tenant administrator experience
• Migration of on premise data or services to Office365 or Microsoft 365
• Windows device management and Mobile Device Management experience with Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• IT Consulting working with leaders, architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
