Purpose :
To drive the Finance Process & Technology strategy in the region and to actively support the global direction for the function through the global / cross-regional leadership team. To prioritize and oversee the delivery of wider Finance initiatives aligned to the strategic agenda, their deployment in the region and their impacts on other projects and functions, involving relevant stakeholders and teams (including LTO, productivity and growth initiatives). To oversee continuous improvement of processes, systems, and ways of working to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in Finance, in connection with overall Finance digital agenda and managing stakeholders and related functions for cross-functional impacts and collaboration. Accountabilities :
Active participation in the shaping of the global FP&T and Digital Finance Strategy as member of global FP&T / Digital Finance Lead Team and ensuring the successful implementation of this strategy in the regional finance operations center. To partner with Finance leaders to understand and drive the strategy within the process area; providing process leadership and expertise to challenge, support, enable and improve business performance. To ensure the FP&T portfolio for the Region is prioritized and mapped against the Finance strategy. To lead the FP&T team to deliver the portfolio and develop team and individual capabilities, as well as to ensure proper cost management and financial controlling visibility. To identify opportunities resulting from new business models, new regulation, data insights, etc. to shape agile and sustainable Finance processes and systems. To champion Finance processes and apply a set of methodologies, tools and techniques to solve unique and complex problems and deliver change. To oversee regular FP&T portfolio reviews with Finance stakeholders and reprioritize when necessary. To manage key 3rd party partner relationships on a regular basis for the area of responsibility. Minimum education and critical knowledge required for the job
Graduate from and relevant experience in Finance, Business Management or IT, Postgraduate or masterâs degree in Finance, Business, IT, preferred. Change management, project management, Agile methodologies. Leadership, influencing and communication skills, stakeholder management, collaboration, conflict resolution, strategic planning and prioritization abilities Understanding of the current and future challenges faced by the organization and the drivers of change. Learning agility, continuous improvement mindset. Influencing skills. Excellent command of English. Spanish or Portuguese desired Experience required for the job
15 years of relevant experience in multinational or big local companies with clear and established finance processes and matrix organizational background. Understanding of finance processes, business end-to-end processes and internal controls necessary to safeguard the Companyâs assets. Ability to effectively function in a complex multi-dimensional, multi-cultural matrix organization. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to work in connection with remote and multicultural teams. Experience in Global projects.
