Entitlements Specialist – Document Management Services – JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. – Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

As an Entitlements Specialist in the Documents Management Services (DMS) team, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of managing and provisioning access to DMS Products. You’ll collaborate with DMS Product teams, Identity and Access Management (I&AM) teams, Users and other stakeholders to assure smooth onboarding and accurate entitlement. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for driving change, a desire to improve business processes, and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and apply subject matter expertise in onboarding and entitlements management related to the DMS suite of products
  • Analyze and action access requests in line with service level agreements
  • Support project teams in onboarding and migration activities
  • Investigate issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to provide timely resolution
  • Build and maintain effective User Guides for raising access requests
  • Continually assess processes and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Periodically review of user configurations to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries from stakeholders (Product Owners, Users, Technology, etc.)
  • Provide operational metrics and reports related to onboarding activities
  • Engage partners in legal, business, operations and technology to drive efficiency in onboarding and operating frameworks

Qualifications

  • Proactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teams
  • Strong oral and written communication; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographies in English
  • Problem solving / issue resolution skills as well as customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office is a must.
  • ‘Working to deadline’ approach.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
