• Familiarity and track record of compliance with industry best practices around requests, incidents, change management, etc. (e.g. ITIL, ChangeGear/ITSM).

• Proficiency with technologies including: Cloud Services, Web hosting, TCP/IP Networking, Windows Active Directory, SQLServer and MS Terminal Server.

• Hands-on experience with cloud hosted environment support.

• Familiarity with webhosting platforms and environments including content management systems.

• Flexibility to participate in after-hours rotation duty and incidents as needed.

• Ability to produce clear and transferable documentation.

Maybe You Also Have:

• Experience with scripting and automated deployments (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

• 2 years or more of IT security, risk avoidance, hardening, remediation, and best practices accomplishments.

• Web hosting framework utilizing Azure or other cloud environments (non-AWS).

• Experience with “DevOps” work processes and tools.

• Experience with containerization and continuous delivery processes and technologies.

• An understanding of the relationship between technology, value and revenue.
