Specialized consulting level professional with expert knowledge of HR Compensation specialty. Frequently contributes to the development of new processes and methods. Develops resolutions to highly complex and often unique compensation problems that require critical thinking and ingenuity. Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices. Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment. Work is accomplished without considerable direction. May contribute to establishment of organization’s strategic compensation goals. Performs in an internal expert role and serves as single point of contact supporting international compensation needs company-wide. Recognized as SME on international compensation. Oversees the work of one or two lower level compensation analysts.

  • Determine the effectiveness of existing Compensation plans, policies, and administrative procedures for defined client groups
  • Provide recommendations for development of new plans or modifications to existing programs, administrative policies and practices to support client objectives if needs not being met
  • Contribute to the development, design and maintenance of the job description and evaluation process. Ensure accurate job documentation, salary market competitiveness and internal equity for Company positions
  • Participate in third party or custom salary surveys to identify and track the relevant labor market.
  • Consult with business leaders in areas such as job classification, incentive compensation and salary administration programs. Provide guidance and direction on complex or unusual situations and policy interpretations
  • Develop and conduct presentations for leaders in matters related to compensation projects
  • Participate in internal audits and assist with pulling documentation and information from the SAP system
  • Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of existing Compensation plans, policies, and administrative procedures
  • Lead special compensation projects as needed
  • Collaborate with HRIS to ensure accurate organization data in SAP

Understanding of international compensation laws and regulations, market data sources and pricing, currency conversions, and tax considerations.

We need an at least one year HR hard experienced candidate with fluent English in order to be involved in US strategic calls. (Mandatory)
