We are part of Global Identity Access Management team under the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls organization. Responsible for delivering a robust Identity and Access Management (I&AM) operational framework. Our primary responsibilities include oversight of applications, databases and platforms leveraging corporate Access Control tools. The tools enforce user approved requests, user access certification, termination and transfer management to ensure our controls are aligned with the global policies and guidelines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage in vendor data validation
- Perform control monitoring and testing related activities
- Validate existing I&AM processes and conduct control checks to ensure end to end Application On-boarding data integrity
- Prepare documentation and manage the lifecycle of the I&AM process for Externally hosted applications
- Initiate calls/meetings with key stakeholders to resolve access exceptions
- Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers
- Strong analytical and data management skills required
- Act as the liaison amongst various technology and support teams
- Identify ways to increase efficiencies and leverage technology to automate
Skills

- Third Party I & AM vendor engagement experience desired
- Sail Point product knowledge is beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio)
- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries desired
- Solid understanding of access request, access provisioning and access certification processes
- 3+ years of Corporate Banking Industry or professional IT experience
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective
- Multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex projects
- Results oriented and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Solid communication, relationship building, team building and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate effective interaction with senior management across diverse cultures.
- Ability to articulate issues concisely, communicate effectively and comfortably
- Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes to plans.
