Head of Digital Transformation – OLX Group – Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires

About the position

As Head of Digital Transformation you will be in the position to ensure the day to day operation of our business, working closely with different stakeholders and making sure our teams exceed their day to day potential. You will be taking over an essential role, reporting directly to our Country Manager, and aligning expectations between our local operation and our regional and global product and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Management/Leadership qualities, project management skills to ensure teams deliver according to deadlines.

Being an expert on our local operation and become an ambassador of our needs for our global teams

Proactively identify potential project blockers or challenges and develop and own strategies to address those risks to the success of the project

Utilize your analysis skills to assess and make recommendations that will optimize the performance of the organization.

Support local teams in their day to day operations. Validate reported issues, understand implications, communicate and get a solution from regional and global teams.

Requirements:

• Full English fluency (you will be part of a global team!)
• Demonstrated leadership relative to projects, deadlines, and product knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Very strong communication skills both with technical and business counterparts
• Analytical Mindset
• Ability to train and guide others. Work well in a dynamic team environment.
