Organizational Design Specialist – Globant – Capital Federal, Buenos Aires

Right now, we are looking for an Organizational Design Specialist to join our team at Globant!

You will get the chance to:

• Work with our leaders, aligning the strategies to the company hierarchy, the personnel infrastructure and the way Globers grow in the organization.

• Learn about different technologies.

• Create, change, design Tech, Delivery and Staff Career Paths.

• Use Mercer grading system and analyse and weight positions.

• Improve existing internal processes and come up with better/innovative ways of working.

• Bring new and fresh ideas to the team and our relevant stakeholders.

• Create organizational charts
