Our company is looking for a Recruitment Support Specialist who will:

  • Conduct research sourcing using different social media and engine search technologies for candidate profiling.
  • Facilitate candidate profile data entry, updating and maintaining records, resume formatting, and parsing through a given recruitment/applicant tracking database.
  • Create and submit reportorial requirements based on requirements
  • Suggest solutions to resolve issues or improve efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Must have: Strong attention to details and keen on finding information through online researching/ self-research
  • Must have: Ability to articulate, comprehend and express oneself in above average English, both oral and written
  • Working experience on recruitment gained from recruitment shared services, headhunting firms, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), an advantage
  • Can easily adapt to frequent changes in task details
  • Internet proficient and has strong working knowledge and experience on PC & MS applications
  • Members of the marginalized community (PWDs, LGBTQs) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Open and willing to work on a shifting schedule

System Requirements: * This is actually very important as the software will not run properly if specs are not met.

  • PC processor should be at least an Intel i5
  • 8GB of RAM, 500GB SSD/ HDD, or higher
  • Windows 10 64bit OS – Microsoft Office 2013/2016 installed
  • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps for download speed & 1mbps upload, with a ping of not higher than 20ms)
  • Mobile data and power backup is a must
  • People with Disabilities (PWD) assisted applications should be duly licensed

**For Non-Asia Pacific candidates, the incumbent will be working on night shift in the first two months for training, if the location is +/-8 & above Singapore time. After the training, the incumbent will resume working on a dayshift for their country of residence.
