Customer Success Manager (Internship) – Workee

Job type : part-time

In this position you will be at the front line of the sales process by;

interact with customers (which are typically companies from the restaurant, retail and construction industries) through calls, emails and in-person meetings

build the pipeline and convert leads into customers

nurture new inbound leads

work closely with the co-founders to grow the sales pipeline

manage data about potential customers in Pipedrive and ensure that all communications are recorded and that the information is correct.
