Pier Augé has been a global leader in the cosmetics industry for decades. The brand has been recently taken over by two young entrepreneurs in order to redevelop & reconquer its historical presence.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to Group Marketing Director. The selected candidate can chose to work either from Amsterdam (NL), Brussels (BE) or Châteauroux (FR).

The ideal candidate will be charged to manage the brand’s digital strategy and have a clear path to expand our reach. This will also include the company’s partnerships & strategy in countries where we have no current presence. You will create and implement the digital marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player who has already acquired a proven experience within the cosmetics industry.

The selected candidate will also be in charge of content ideas and content creation orders.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts
• Select brand ambassadors & partners
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
• Develop and manage digital content
• Find and target audiences
• Suggest commercial partnerships
• Ultimately increase brand awareness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Cosmetics industry knowledge
• Proven experience of sucessfully developping a brand
• Content creation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
