• Take charge of planning, budgeting, and delivery objectives, overseeing projects from start to finish
• Manage multiple departments (creative, design, video, AR) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute outstanding (social) campaigns
• Coordinate a diverse range of shoots, from smaller projects to larger-scale endeavors (150K+)
• Work closely with client leads and producers to optimize projects for efficiency, speed, and budget
• Develop game plans for international rollouts and localization, transforming advertising into next-level experiences
• Utilize exceptional project management skills honed in an agency or production house setting
• Engage with clients confidently, showcasing strong client management skills
• Bring 5-7 years of experience managing internal and external productions (digital + video) alongside producers or external agencies.
• Demonstrate a daily engagement with social media and possess a keen affinity for the entertainment and/or music industry
• Exhibit a passion and ability to create relevant content across various platforms
• Manage finances, figures, and scopes with precision (a.k.a. a head for numbers)
• Prioritize work efficiently, handling multiple moving parts seamlessly
• Proficiently use various project management tools and methods
• Thrive in a high-paced, young, and international work environment, with experience navigating corporate structures on the client side
• Hold a degree from higher education or possess equivalent professional experience
