Position Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee
Type: Contractual
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned portfolio(s), including sourcing candidates, facilitating interviews, completing candidate documentation, managing and placing offers, and onboarding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely scheduling of interviews.
- Maintain complete documentation and records of every stage of the recruitment process, including candidate documents, interview notes and related paperwork.
- Work with HRBPs and Rewards Team to prepare and place candidate offers.
- Coordinate closely with the Medical Team to ensure timely completion of the pre-employment medical assessment.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with career fairs, employer branding initiatives and engagement initiatives.
- Update the hiring tracker and ensure that all necessary information is recorded.
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
