Product Manager

In order to do this, we need to continue to produce delighted customers. It’s the role of the Product Manager to help us build products that our customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with the Product and tech team to help design, build, roll out and improve products that support the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product experience and roadmap

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

• Create buy-in for the product vision

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

• Collaborate closely with tech, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products, delivering with a quick time-to-market and optimal resources

• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

• Measure improvements in user engagement and satisfaction

• Complete A/B testing

• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for the following:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in product management, with app experience being advantageous

• UX knowledge and UI development experience

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Great written and verbal English

• Great communication skills

• Good attention to detail
