Position Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee

Type: Contractual

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the assigned portfolio(s), including sourcing candidates, facilitating interviews, completing candidate documentation, managing and placing offers, and onboarding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely scheduling of interviews.
  • Maintain complete documentation and records of every stage of the recruitment process, including candidate documents, interview notes and related paperwork.
  • Work with HRBPs and Rewards Team to prepare and place candidate offers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Medical Team to ensure timely completion of the pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with career fairs, employer branding initiatives and engagement initiatives.
  • Update the hiring tracker and ensure that all necessary information is recorded.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field(s)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
