Application Support Engineer

• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure
• Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Perform server hardening
• Assist application teams in troubleshooting and retrieving logs (L2 support)
• Data centers deployments (On-site work required)
• Assist and design in backup and archiving solutions for the OS
• Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency
• Maintain and supervise the inventory
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience on installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Able to work on-call basis
• Experience in accessing GDC/GPC.
• Hands-on Linux experience (bash scripting)
• Bonus to have experience in DevOps concepts and cloud knowledge
• Knowhow of application deployment infrastructure and basic networking skills
• Good communication skills and experienced in client interaction
• Independent and solution-oriented
