Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Import :
- Declare permit for import.
- Received parts into SAP and labelled with Customs lot.
- Putaway to location.
- Input data to Gurusoft.
- Handover permits to accounts on every Monday.
Export:
- Drop order on SAP daily.
- Plan, pick and pack within same day.
- Print out invoice and book via assigned forwarder.
- Input data to Gurusoft.
- Declare permit once details avaiable.
- Open DO and release to Ops for delivery or arrange with forwarder for self collection.
- Handover permits to accounts on every Monday.
Monthly:
- To execute cycle count.
- To provide storage report.
- To provide tonnage report.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office
- Class 3 Driving License
- Physically fit
- Teamwork
- Overtime
