Production Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

. Operate & control the material, handling system

. Ensure all SOP for operating of equipment and cleaning are executed

. Execute the daily production processes accordingly as planned on schedule,

. Supervise the production process

. Ensure proper manpower deployment

. Conduct stock-check of all direct materials on the production floor daily and liaise with Store & Purchasing Department

. Provide coaching, training and developing operator skills, establish job expectation and manage work performances

. Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times

. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors

Requirements:

. ITE certification or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Food Technology) or equivalent

. Possess knowledge of food manufacturing operations an advantage

. Mature and able to supervise a team of workers

. Be prepared to be deployed on 6 days workweek (Mon – Sat).

. Require to work overtime on Perk period eg 2 month before Chinese New Year
