Roles & Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Operation efficiency
- WW Care Services
- Prevent Stock Lost or stock damage and ensure Operation efficiency
- Monitor the BOH compacity with Boutique manager / Department manager to do necessary replenishment quickly and accurately
- Ensure Operation efficiency and product flow are followed the Company regulations
- Clear understanding and execution on WW care service policy
- Notify the sales team regarding the receipt of stock
- Check invoices against the delivery spreadsheet
- Perform daily routine stock check to prevent any stock loss
- Participate in monthly stock take
- Familiarize with the Retail Handbook and comply with the related procedures and regulations
- Process stock deliveries, client’s repair and logistics
- Provide the delivery service to transfer products to other locations when needed
- Check emails and follow up closely on Regional transfers and couriers
- Boutique Administration
- Handle cashiering, daily till reconciliation, cash counting on sales transaction and closing, emails. Etc.
- Manage the records of the cash-in, cash-out, Acco and store credit notes
- Update the transaction information to the system
- Handle the Boutique and staff’s expenses reimbursement
- Work on the Boutique’s maintenance issues
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors on daily store operations
- Feedback the performance of vendors to Boutique Manager/ Store operations Manager or Retail Operations team
- Perform the replenishment of Boutique supplies, equipment, staff uniform and other materials to ensure the Boutique operations can run smoothly
- Consolidate and validate staff timecards, leave, OT records etc. and report to HR team timely
- Responsible for the BOH operations in Boutique events
- Familiarize with the Retail Handbook and comply with the related procedures & regulations
- Boutique Maintenance
- Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard. (including IT support/supplies)
- Be one of the core staff to actively support the logistic of Boutique events
- Maintain the professional image in line with Company standard
- People Management
- Manage the work schedule, grooming and daily job duties of Part-timers
- Provide coaching and guidance to maximize efficiency for all related staff
Requirements:
- Education & Professional Qualifications
- Diploma or above
- Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry
- Other Requirements
- Detail-minded
- well organized
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excel Skills
