In this role, you will be responsible for querying data and building data sets that provide valuable solutions for multiple departments. The Data Analyst should analyze requests from various departments and design processes, data sets, and automation tools that provides faster, simpler, and more stable results that add value across the entire company. Responsibilities: What you will be doing:

  • Assisting in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all Communication systems and its integration with other operating systems
  • Providing support with analyzing production and efficiency trends, this includes the ability to produce, understand and analyze efficiency or gap reports to recommend process
  • changes/updates
  • Learning to read and prepare/write SQL queries as well as utilizing other analytical tools, as needed, to support reporting and analytical functions
  • Tracking key performance indicators, generating and distributing omni channel reports as necessary
  • Developing, reconciling, and creating reporting used to determine and effectuate strategy and performance results across collections and servicing teams
  • Supporting business initiatives around data aggregation, compilation, and stabilization
  • Providing cross functional support across IT, Data Governance and Business Intelligence Teams
  • Regularly auditing data practices for adherence to diverse regulatory environments and strategic SOPs
  • Providing support for and developing efficiency for collections and servicing teams, including automation development support
  • Providing various data pulls and analysis as needed (ad hoq)

Qualifications: What you should have:

  • Bachelors degree in STEM or Business Field or equivalent experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data, or risk analysis
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with a scripting language is a positive (PowerShell, Python, C#, etc.)
  • Ability to interface with the business leaders
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests
  • Proactive and able to work in an autonomous work environment
  • Proven data gathering and analytical skills


Base Hourly Rate:
$26.40 – $33.65
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base hourly rate offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
